PACE Financing Workshop - April 28, 2014

Has your city been approached by a PACE vendor?  In response to elected official and city staff requests for information on Property Assessed Clean Energy financing (PACE), C/CAG and Joint Venture hosted an informational workshop.

PACE programs can help property owners finance energy efficiency, solar and water conservation projects through property assessments, and help your city move toward your greenhouse gas emission reduction goals.  The workshop included an overview of PACE in California, update on the California Treasurer's Office Residential PACE/Loss Reserve Program, and presentations from PACE vendors (Figtree, HERO, and Renewable Funding/CaliforniaFIRST).
